Linda Sample is a Manager in the firm's Risk & Compliance Services practice with more than 15 years of experience in regulatory compliance, privacy program management, and information security. She advises organizations on developing privacy programs, managing regulatory risk, and strengthening governance frameworks to support evolving privacy and data protection requirements.

Linda specializes in evaluating privacy programs against leading industry frameworks, conducting privacy assessments, developing policies and procedures, reviewing third-party data processing agreements, and supporting enterprise privacy governance initiatives. She has extensive experience helping organizations address regulatory requirements, strengthen internal controls, and implement practical privacy and risk management strategies.

Prior to joining the firm, Linda held privacy, compliance, and information security leadership roles with large agribusiness and global technology organizations, where she led enterprise privacy initiatives, conducted privacy impact assessments, supported compliance with global privacy regulations, and developed privacy governance programs.
