LaQuise Colbert

LaQuise Colbert is a Senior Human Resource Business Partner in the firm's HR Outsourced Services Group. With 15 years of experience, LaQuise specializes in human resources and payroll management. She serves a diverse client base, encompassing public, private, and closely held companies in various industries, including technology, biotechnology, medical devices, wine and spirits, and investment services.

In her current role, LaQuise is responsible for aligning HR strategies with clients' business goals. She is also a dedicated liaison between the HR department and various business units. LaQuise provides guidance and support in numerous areas, including HR management, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), benefits administration, recruitment, payroll management, performance evaluation, and employee relations.

Prior to joining the firm, LaQuise held the role of Global Payroll Manager where she skillfully managed global payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing for global workforces. She was instrumental in devising and implementing payroll solutions and strategies while ensuring compliance with domestic, local, and internal regulations.
