Kyle Pennacchia is a Director in Eisner Advisory Group’s Business Management and Family Office practice, bringing nearly 20 years of experience overseeing the financial affairs of high‑profile and high‑net‑worth individuals, family estates, closely held businesses, and clients across the real estate, construction, technology, entertainment, sports, media, production, and intellectual‑property sectors.

In his current role, Kyle leads day‑to‑day financial operations for multi‑entity client structures, including cash flow and liquidity management, consolidated accounting, monthly closes, and the creation of customized financial reporting and dashboarding that supports data‑driven decision‑making. He also oversees vendor onboarding, payment controls, and contract and royalty compliance. Kyle collaborates closely with internal tax and advisory teams, as well as outside counsel, agents, wealth advisors, and other stakeholders to align planning, governance, and execution—strengthening internal controls while safeguarding client privacy within complex trust, entity, and investment environments.

Prior to joining Eisner Advisory Group, Kyle served as a Director of Audit and Assurance Services at a regional firm, where he led audit engagements and provided technical guidance on complex accounting and reporting issues. His work included designing risk‑based audit approaches, strengthening quality control across engagements, and mentoring teams in analytical procedures and data‑driven testing methodologies. This foundation enhanced his current ability to evaluate financial processes, identify control gaps, and bring a rigorous analytical approach to compliance and financial oversight.
