Kimesh Vora is an Assurance Manager in EisnerAmper’s Financial Services and Pension Services Group, with a decade of experience in audit and more than seven years with the firm. He leads audit engagements for private equity funds, hedge funds, fund-of-funds, real estate private equity entities, and employee benefit plans.

Kimesh manages audits from planning through completion, working closely with fund managers and stakeholders to address technical accounting matters and reporting requirements. His experience spans complex financial instruments and specialized fund structures, allowing him to deliver thorough, high-quality audit services aligned with industry standards and client expectations.

Before joining EisnerAmper, Kimesh worked at a reputable accounting firm where he supported audits for both listed and privately held companies, building a strong foundation in assurance and financial reporting.
