Kevin Rooney is an Advisory Services Learning & Development Manager within EisnerAmper’s Advisory Services Operations group, bringing more than 15 years of experience in leadership development and professional training. He designs and implements comprehensive learning pathways for Advisory professionals at all levels, aligning development initiatives with the organization’s strategic priorities.

Kevin collaborates with Advisory leadership, Talent Management, and cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs that strengthen technical, leadership, and professional capabilities. He also oversees onboarding training plans for new hires and promotes engagement across the Advisory organization to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Prior to joining the firm, Kevin served in global learning and development leadership roles, where he advised senior leaders on workforce development strategies, designed and facilitated customized training programs, and coached professionals across financial services, real estate, and legal industries.
