Kerri Moriarty

Kerri Moriarty is a Manager within the firm’s Outsourced Services practice, bringing more than 15 years of experience in financial services. She works with a broad range of clients to deliver comprehensive fund administration and financial management solutions, supporting organizations and individuals with complex financial and operational needs. Her experience spans private equity funds, startups, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate clients, with exposure across sectors including financial services, private equity, life sciences, blockchain, and digital assets.

 

Kerri’s expertise includes full-service fund administration across fund accounting, investor reporting, asset valuation, capital calls and distributions, compliance, and investor relations. In addition, she provides fractional CFO support and oversees taxation and accounting responsibilities for both individual and corporate clients. Her role is highly client-facing, requiring close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, regulatory adherence, and informed financial decision-making.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Kerri was with Prague & Company, P.C., an accounting firm that combined with EisnerAmper in April 2025, where she served in an accounting role supporting similar client profiles.
