Keara Boone is an assurance director in the firm’s Real Estate - Affordable Housing practice with 15 years of experience providing audit and assurance services. Her experience includes financial statement audits, LIHTC cost certifications, and agreed-upon procedures engagements for real estate clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Keara was a controller with a real estate investment and development firm with multifamily, self-storage, boat and RV storage, and commercial real estate operations. In that role, Keara managed a team of 14 accountants responsible for financial reporting and the day-to-day accounting of the firm’s multifamily and storage properties.
Keara also provides training on LIHTC topics for internal and external audiences.
