Joyce Hylender

Joyce Hylender is a Senior Manager in the firm’s Outsourced Accounting Services Group and serves clients within the legal industry. She has more than 15 years of experience in accounting, audit, financial operations, technology transformation, and outsourced professional services, including more than seven years working directly with law firms and legal-services organizations.

 

Joyce focuses on helping law firms strengthen and modernize their financial operations through scalable accounting processes, improved financial reporting, technology enablement, and strategic advisory services. She works with firm leaders to address financial and operational challenges involving outsourced accounting, month-end close, cash-flow visibility, trust, and IOLTA accounting, management reporting, workflow design, and finance-function transformation.

 

As part of EisnerAmper’s Legal Industry Group, Joyce collaborates across service lines to develop comprehensive solutions for law firms and supports the firm’s go-to-market strategy through strategic relationships, partner alliances, thought leadership, and industry engagement. She brings a practical understanding of the financial and operational challenges facing growing law firms and is passionate about helping clients build stronger systems, gain greater visibility into performance, and make more informed business decisions.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Joyce held accounting, audit, strategy, and technology leadership roles at Big 4 firms and professional services organizations. Her experience includes building and scaling outsourced accounting solutions, leading multidisciplinary and global teams, implementing cloud-based financial systems, and advising privately held businesses on accounting operations, internal controls, financial reporting, and process improvement.
