Joyce Hylender

Joyce Hylender is a senior manager in the firm’s Outsourced Accounting Services Group with over 15 years of experience in accounting, audit, financial operations, technology transformation, and outsourced professional services. She serves clients in the legal industry and has more than five years of experience working directly with law firms and legal-services organizations.

Joyce helps law firms strengthen and modernize their financial operations through scalable accounting processes, enhanced financial reporting, technology enablement, and strategic advisory services. She works with firm leaders on outsourced accounting, month-end close, cash-flow visibility, trust and IOLTA accounting, management reporting, workflow design, and finance-function transformation.

As part of EisnerAmper’s Legal Industry Group, Joyce collaborates across service lines to develop comprehensive solutions for law firms and supports the firm’s go-to-market strategy through strategic relationships, alliances, thought leadership, and industry engagement.

Prior to joining the firm, she held accounting, audit, strategy, and technology leadership roles at Big 4 firms and other professional services organizations. Her experience includes building and scaling outsourced accounting solutions, leading multidisciplinary and global teams, implementing cloud-based financial systems, and advising privately held businesses on accounting operations, internal controls, financial reporting, and process improvement.
