Jon First

Jon First is a Manager in the firm's Risk & Compliance Services practice with nearly a decade of experience helping organizations strengthen regulatory compliance programs and enhance information security frameworks. He works with clients across a range of industries to assess risk, improve governance, and achieve compliance with industry standards.

Jon specializes in HITRUST readiness and certification engagements, helping healthcare and other regulated organizations evaluate existing controls, address compliance gaps, and strengthen their cybersecurity and privacy programs. His work includes performing compliance assessments, advising clients on remediation efforts, and supporting organizations through certification processes.

Prior to joining the firm, Jon held a leadership role with a regional public accounting and advisory firm, where he advised clients on information security and compliance initiatives.
