Joanna Lambert

Joanna Lambert is a Director in the firm's Tax Services Group. She brings 15 years of experience in finance and healthcare operations. She advises clients across the healthcare spectrum on revenue cycle management, practice operations, and human resources support, while also guiding buy-side and sell-side transactions, business valuations, and emerging healthcare startups.

Joanna has held leadership roles in both financial services and healthcare. Early in her career, she worked at one of the world’s largest financial institutions, where she managed investment portfolios for publicly traded companies with multibillion-dollar market capitalizations and oversaw large multi-site teams. She later transitioned into healthcare, leading departments within Boston’s largest hospitals and health centers, where she focused on process improvement, cost savings, and revenue growth. She partners with clients to design and implement strategies that align operational solutions with long-term organizational goals. She has also served on multiple healthcare boards and has been a council member of the Massachusetts Public Health Council since 2017.
