Jessica Dima is a Manager in the firm's Outsourced Services Group. Jessica brings nearly 15 years of experience to her specialty in helping Not-for-Profit entities. Her background encompasses a decade of both audit and tax expertise. This includes a five-year tenure within EAs NFP group, coupled with an additional five years in a leadership capacity at a 501(c)(6) Trade Association.
Jessica’s responsibilities involve strategic planning, financial statement preparation, governance recommendations and audit readiness for not-for-profit engagements for a diverse range of entities, including well-known independent schools, national social welfare organizations, theatrical and artistic associations, religious entities, private foundations, and various advocacy and social change organizations. Her experience extends to the preparation of federal compliance and tax forms, with a focus on Forms 990 and 990-T, alongside other related federal, state, and local filings. In addition, Jessica is adept at formulating budgets and forecast, negotiating contractual terms for business agreements and developing policies and procedures to align with industry best practices.
Prior to joining the firm, Jessica was as a Vice President at a 501(c)(6) Marketing Trade Association.
