Jeremy Berger is a Director in thenfirm's CFO Advisory practice with nearly 15 years of experience leading finance transformation and enterprise resource planning (ERP) initiatives across industrial manufacturing and consumer-focused organizations. He specializes in finance-enabled technology modernization, helping organizations align financial processes, reporting structures, and internal controls with evolving operational and system requirements.

 

Jeremy has extensive experience leading finance workstreams and overall program delivery for large-scale ERP implementations, including global SAP S/4HANA initiatives. His work includes finance process redesign, system configuration strategy, integration oversight, reporting transformation, testing leadership, and go-live readiness. He collaborates closely with executive leadership, controllership teams, and IT organizations to ensure ERP solutions support financial reporting requirements, operational objectives, and governance frameworks.

 

In addition to hands-on ERP delivery experience, Jeremy has guided organizations through major platform and systems integrator selection processes, including defining business requirements, evaluating vendor capabilities, and assessing implementation partners.
