Jacques Stafford

Jacques Stafford is a Senior Manager in the firm's STS - Data Analytics practice. Jacques brings over a decade of experience in IT project management, software application quality assurance, user acceptance testing, & financial and data analysis to clients across education, financial services, government, health care, insurance, and law.

 

Jacques leads the STS Technology Services Scaled Agile (SAFe) application and coaches Product Owners and Business Analysts on best practices within the framework. As a Certified Scrum Product Owner and ScrumMaster, he consistently analyzes key performance indicators within teams, bridges communication gaps across service areas, and fosters a cohesive work product wherever his teams deploy their services.

 

Jacques also serves as an Atlassian Jira and Confluence Cloud subject matter expert for the Advisory practice, most recently completing the practice's Cloud migration efforts, which impacted over 200 Jira projects and 90 Confluence spaces across various service areas. He proactively recruits emerging leaders for the team and serves as one of the firm's Campus Ambassadors in the Gulf South.
