Huang Wang is a Senior Tax Manager in the firm’s Real Estate Services Group with nearly 10 years of public accounting experience advising real estate private equity funds on complex tax compliance and planning matters. He works closely with fund managers and investment professionals to help them navigate federal, state, and local tax requirements while identifying opportunities to improve tax efficiency.
Huang specializes in tax planning and compliance for private equity funds whose investors include tax-exempt organizations, sovereign wealth funds, and foreign entities. His experience includes preparing and reviewing complex tax returns and provisions, coordinating responses to IRS and state tax authority examinations, analyzing the implications of new legislation and regulatory developments, and identifying available tax savings opportunities and credits.
