Heidi Paulson

Heidi Paulson is a Senior Manager in the firm’s Private Client Services Group. With more than 15 years of experience in public accounting, she provides client accounting and tax services to small and mid-sized businesses as well as not-for-profit organizations.

Heidi’s work includes accounting support, preparation and review of tax filings—including 1040s, 990s, and other returns—and financial reporting guidance. She has extensive experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, along with other accounting platforms, and has assisted clients with software conversions, upgrades, and training. Her ability to streamline accounting processes helps clients maintain accurate records, establish sound closing procedures, and better understand their financial statements. She serves clients across industries including construction, dental, insurance, law firms, manufacturing, professional services, real estate, and not-for-profit organizations. In addition to her technical expertise, Heidi is known for building strong client relationships and providing practical, hands-on support tailored to each organization’s needs.

Before joining the firm, Heidi was an Senior Manager at Tighe, Kress & Orr, P.C., a Chicago-based firm offering personalized tax, accounting, and audit services to individuals, businesses, and not-for-profit entities, with expertise in tax compliance, start-up consulting, and financial reporting.
