Haley Callaway

Haley Callaway is a Manager in the firm’s IT Risk, Data Privacy, and Security Practice. With nearly a decade of experience in IT Audit, Risk and Compliance, Haley specializes in IT SOX, IT General Controls (ITGCs), and HITRUST assessments.

Haley takes a risk-based approach to evaluating IT controls, partnering with business and IT stakeholders to identify control gaps, assess maturity, and drive remediation. She has led and supported IT SOX programs for publicly traded and regulated organizations and has supported HITRUST CSF engagements, including e1, i1, and r2 validated assessments as well as readiness efforts. Haley also has experience leading SOC 1 and SOC 2 examinations and readiness assessments across a range of industries.

Haley is skilled at leading complex engagements, overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while coordinating internal teams, client stakeholders, and third parties. She translates technical control issues into actionable insights for management and executive leadership and is known for driving efficient, well-governed engagements.

Prior to joining the firm, Haley held leadership roles in IT audit and compliance within industry and at national accounting firms, where she led IT SOX programs, SOC examinations, HITRUST assessments, and technology-focused internal audits.
