Erica Busch

Erica Busch is a Managing Director in the firm's Transfer Pricing practice. With more than 20 years of experience, she advises public and private clients on all aspects of transfer pricing across industries including retail, life sciences, manufacturing, distribution, financial services, and technology.

 

Erica guides clients through every stage of the transfer pricing life cycle, from planning and implementation to documentation and audits. She develops transfer pricing policies for intercompany transactions involving tangible goods, intangibles, services, and financing. Additionally, Erica has performed transfer pricing due diligence for M&A transactions, developed transfer pricing models for business restructurings, and supported post-acquisition integrations. Beyond this, Erica has worked on transfer pricing valuations, advance pricing agreements (APAs), cost-sharing arrangements, and ASC 740 support.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Erica led the global transfer pricing team of a Fortune 50 company and previously served as a Managing Director at a Big 4 firm.
