Elizabeth Duncan

Elizabeth Duncan is a Project Coordinator in the firm's Advisory Practice. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, Elizabeth specializes in state Medicaid programs and has contributed extensively across hospital systems, schools, early intervention programs, and state government initiatives.

Elizabeth is responsible for managing and developing Louisiana school-based Medicaid program. She is well versed in cost-reporting guidance, documentation compliance protocols, and monitoring strategies. Her expertise extends to designing and delivering multi-tiered training programs for local education agencies and fostering interagency collaboration to streamline Medicaid services.

Throughout her career, Elizabeth has presented at national and state conferences, sharing insights on the implementation and training of school Medicaid programs. She is also recognized for facilitating peer-to-peer networks and leading a state-level community of practice to promote continuous improvement. 

Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth served as a Medicaid Program Coordinator for the Louisiana Department of Education and local education agencies.
