Elena Legendre is a Senior Manager in EisnerAmper’s Advisory Services Group and a member of the Change Management team within the Business Transformation Services Group. With nearly 10 years of experience, she supports organizations through complex transformation initiatives by providing structured program leadership and operational insight.

Elena advises clients on change management strategy, communications planning, training development, policy and procedure design, and project management. Her work focuses on helping organizations implement change in a way that drives measurable, sustainable outcomes while maintaining alignment across people, processes, and business objectives.

As a Certified Scrum Master, Elena brings a disciplined yet flexible approach to transformation efforts, helping teams navigate change, strengthen collaboration, and maintain momentum across initiatives. She works closely with diverse stakeholder groups to build cohesion, execute strategic planning initiatives, and deliver targeted training programs—from soft skills to technical demonstrations—that support successful adoption and long-term impact.
