Diana Ko is a Manager within the firm’s Outsourcing Services practice. With 15 years of experience, she provides outsourced accounting and financial management support to private equity clients, helping organizations strengthen financial oversight and support informed decision-making.

Diana advises on budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy, while overseeing financial reporting and compliance processes. Her work includes cash flow monitoring and risk management, supervision of bookkeeping, payroll, and reconciliations, and the implementation of efficient systems and internal controls designed to improve accuracy and scalability. Through a hands-on, structured approach, she helps clients establish financial processes that support operational and reporting needs.

Prior to joining the firm, Diana served as an Assistant Vice President at a private equity fund-of-funds asset manager, where she oversaw all aspects of fund accounting. Her responsibilities included capital call and distribution processing, investor allocations, waterfall calculations, net asset value reporting, and the preparation and review of financial statements.
