David Fahr

David Fahr is a Director in the firm's Strategy & Transformation practice with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations align technology investments, operational priorities, and enterprise strategy. He advises private and publicly held companies and government agencies on CIO advisory, strategic planning, digital transformation, technology governance, and complex program delivery.

David’s experience includes strategic planning and roadmapping, portfolio and program management, ERP transformation, artificial intelligence strategy and governance, IT governance, and continuous improvement. He works closely with executive leadership and technology teams to establish priorities, strengthen decision-making, modernize systems, and improve the execution of enterprise-wide initiatives. His industry experience spans manufacturing and distribution, health care, government, sports and entertainment, technology, and construction.

Drawing on his background as a technology and risk executive, David helps organizations establish governance frameworks, build and mature program management offices, and connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes. He has led initiatives involving ERP, CRM, analytics, cloud migration, automation, software development, cybersecurity, supply chain, digital commerce, and business continuity. He also advises leaders on portfolio intake, project prioritization, benefits realization, risk management, and the responsible adoption of emerging technologies.

Prior to joining EisnerAmper, David served as Vice President of Technology and Risk for a middle-market, family-owned food and beverage manufacturer. As a member of the executive leadership team, he oversaw enterprise technology, cybersecurity, digital transformation, project delivery, safety, security, crisis management, and business continuity. He also led a multidisciplinary team of more than 30 professionals and established an enterprise program management office to govern major technology and operational initiatives.
