Daryl Porta

Daryl Porta is a Director in the firm's Accounting and Assurance Services Group and has over 40 years of experience in public accounting.
 
Daryl serves as the Assistant Project Director on a large healthcare client assurance engagement. In this role, she is responsible for reviewing all audit work papers and reports and direct supervision of the internal staff. She has developed and researched changes to the audit and desk review programs, participated in provider and staff training, assisted the client in informal reconsideration hearings, and participated in numerous meetings with state employees and officials. She has also consulted with the client on issues such as provider fees, census, cost reimbursement, and documentation standards, and participated in monthly client meetings.
 
Prior to joining the firm, Daryl was an Associate Director at Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a leading full-service accounting and business advisory firm. Before this role, Daryl was a Senior Manager with a Big 4 accounting firm.
