Cindy Xue is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Tax Group. With nearly a decade of experience, she supports public and private corporations across industries including life sciences, manufacturing, technology, retail, and insurance.
Cindy’s work includes preparing and filing complex federal, state, and local tax returns; managing tax provisions under ASC 740; and advising on international tax matters such as GILTI and FDII. She also assists clients in claiming tax credits, including research and development incentives, and in responding to tax authority inquiries.
Before joining the firm, Cindy worked at a regional accounting firm where she managed a large portfolio of business tax clients and handled a wide range of compliance and advisory engagements.
