Charlotte Collazo

Charlotte Collazo is a Manager in the firm’s HR Advisory and Outsourcing Group, bringing over five years of Human Resources experience in employee relations, payroll, benefits, onboarding, talent acquisition, and performance management. 

Charlotte combines a strong academic foundation with practical HR leadership, delivering forward-thinking solutions that align business goals with employee engagement and operational efficiency. 

Prior to joining the team, Charlotte served as an HR Generalist at a public relations agency, where she supported the full employee lifecycle and played a key role in multiple HR functions. She led the agency’s DEI task force, spearheaded the internship program, and launched initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention contributing to a more inclusive workplace and streamlining operations company-wide.
