Cedric Charles Teboul

Cedric Charles Teboul is a Director in the firm’s National Real Estate practice with 20 years of experience in real estate investment, development, management, advisory, and business development. He develops and manages strategic relationships with real estate owners, investors, developers, operators, investment managers, family offices, and other stakeholders nationwide.

Cedric works closely with clients to understand their business and investment objectives and connects them with professionals across the firm’s tax, audit, advisory, transaction, valuation, restructuring, and consulting practices. He leads business development initiatives, identifies emerging market opportunities, and coordinates multidisciplinary solutions designed to address client needs throughout the real estate investment lifecycle.

Drawing on his background in real estate investment and development, Cedric brings experience in investor relations, capital raising, due diligence, financial reporting, and project execution. He has worked with public and privately held real estate companies, institutional investors, private equity firms, developers, owners and operators, and high-net-worth investors across real estate, hospitality, and construction.

Prior to joining the firm, Cedric held leadership roles with a privately held real estate development and investment firm, where he oversaw operations and investor relations for residential and mixed-use development initiatives. His earlier experience includes roles with a leading financial services and derivatives brokerage organization and a global brand consulting firm. Cedric also frequently presents and writes on real estate investment and development, capital raising, investor relations, market trends, and value creation strategies.
