Bryan Diem is a HR Business Partner in the firm's HR Outsourcing Group and is primarily responsible for the tactical execution of HR strategy for clients.

Bryan's expertise includes a wide array of HR functions. He performs comprehensive policy research, facilitates onboarding processes for new hires, and implements and manages HRIS systems, including Gusto and Rippling. He is also experienced in recruitment, payroll processing, job description writing, and employee handbook creation. 

Furthermore, Bryan is skilled in ensuring multi-state compliance, handling time-off management, completing state registrations, and preparing reports. He has successfully collaborated with clients across various industries, including finance, entertainment, biotech, app development, and cryptocurrency.

Prior to joining EisnerAmper, Bryan worked in full-cycle high-volume recruiting.
