With over 20 years of combined industry and consulting experience, he specializes in guiding organizations through complex transformations and optimizing operations across various sectors, including government, manufacturing, and technology.

Brent brings an extensive background in strategic planning, project and program management, and business process improvement. His expertise includes leading multi-year transformation initiatives, establishing governance frameworks, and driving change management strategies to ensure sustainable outcomes. His hands-on approach enables clients to navigate organizational complexities, align resources with strategic priorities, and achieve measurable progress.

Additionally, Brent has notable experience managing transformation offices and facilitating strategic IT planning for publicly traded companies and non-profits. He has also partnered with senior leadership to implement capacity management, vendor oversight, and benchmarking strategies, contributing to enhanced operational efficiency and decision-making.

Prior to joining the firm, Brent served as Senior Director of Program Management and Transformation Office for a large retail and technology company. Before this role, Brent was with a large global consulting firm.
