She has experience managing all phases of the audit process, including planning, substantive testing, supervision of engagement teams, financial statement preparation, and communication with management and boards of directors. Her collaborative approach helps clients maintain compliance while supporting informed business decision-making.

Prior to joining EisnerAmper, Blair was an Associate Director at a regional accounting and advisory firm, where she provided assurance services to clients across a variety of industries.
