Basha Snyder

Basha Snyder is a Director in the firm and has over 15 years of public accounting experience. Basha has worked with a variety of both public and private companies operating in various industries, including technology, telecommunications, energy, health care, life science, retail, and financial services companies.

​Basha is responsible for assisting clients in assessing and addressing information technology risks related to financial reporting (including internal controls), control readiness assessment and assistance, serving as internal audit, and performing service organization control (SOC1 and SOC2) attestations. She has assisted clients with large financial application implementations, with emphasis on how to address controls and security to manage data integrity and reliability of the system.

​Prior to joining the firm, Basha spent fifteen years at a Big 4 accounting firm, working in their advisory group and focusing primarily on information system audits, business process control audits, controls advisory assessments, and consultative projects.
