Ashley Hong

Ashley Hong is a vice president with EA RESIG LLC with nearly ten years of experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, and audit support. She focuses on privately held real estate debt and equity funds, including complex master-feeder structures.

Ashley oversees key client engagements and the delivery of fund accounting and reporting services, including bookkeeping review, financial statements, capital statements, and treasury functions. She manages a team of four accountants, coordinates with outsourced accounting teams, and works closely with clients and their treasury departments to support accurate, timely reporting. She also leads systems implementations and builds automation tools that streamline accounting workflows and improve efficiency.

Prior to joining the firm, Ashley was a senior portfolio accountant at a boutique fund administration and accounting firm serving private equity and small business investment company (SBIC) funds, where she managed fund accounting, financial reporting, investor allocations, and capital activity. She also supported audits and regulatory reporting and assisted with the firm’s transition to a new fund accounting platform.
