Art leads engagements through every phase of the audit process—from initial planning and risk assessment to financial statement review and final reporting. He is well-versed in the regulatory requirements and financial complexities unique to affordable housing and government-assisted projects, enabling him to deliver precise and strategic assurance services to developers and housing entities nationwide.
Prior to joining the firm, Art was with Tidwell Group, LLC, a national accounting firm recognized for its work in the real estate and not-for-profit sectors.
