Arpit Sanghavi

Arpit Sanghavi is a Senior Manager in the firm's Assurance Financial Services & Not-for-Profit Practice Group. With nearly 10 years of experience, Arpit focuses on audit & assurance services for clients across financial services and not-for-profit sectors.

Arpit performs, assists with, and supervises audit and agreed-upon procedures engagements for private equity funds, hedge funds, fund of funds, management companies, and not-for-profit organizations. His responsibilities span all phases of the engagement lifecycle, including planning, fieldwork execution, and timely completion in accordance with professional standards and client deadlines. He prepares and reviews financial statements, analyzes accounting and valuation matters, proposes audit adjustments, and communicates findings to internal management and external clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Arpit served as an Audit Manager at a regional accounting firm in India, where he led statutory and internal audits across industries, including information technology, manufacturing, logistics, banking, and diamond trading. He also gained experience converting financial statements from Indian GAAP to Ind AS, managing tax compliance engagements, and providing accounting and regulatory support for business restructuring transactions such as amalgamations and demergers.
