Andy Gantzer

Andy Gantzer is a Director in the firm and a member of the Affordable Housing and Assurance Services practice. With nearly 25 years of experience in public accounting, he delivers audit, compliance, and consulting services to clients across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on affordable housing.

Andy works extensively with organizations involved in government-financed and subsidized housing, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects, HUD-assisted developments, USDA Rural Development programs, and MSHDA initiatives. He also performs cost certification audits and provides insight on a variety of tax filings, including partnership, corporate, nonprofit, individual, and local returns.
Drawing on a dual background in both public accounting and private industry, Andy offers a well-rounded perspective to clients. He supports privately held partnerships, not-for-profits, and businesses in construction and manufacturing with financial audits, management consulting, and tax planning. 

Prior to joining the firm, Andy was a Partner at Tidwell Group, LLC, a full-service accounting firm specializing in the real estate sector across the United States, focusing on affordable housing, conventional real estate, and not-for-profit industries.
