Andrew brings over a decade of experience guiding clients through all aspects of tax controversy matters. His work spans private letter rulings, late election relief, voluntary disclosures, IRS income tax examinations & Appeals, penalty abatement, and resolving IRS account issues.
Prior to joining EisnerAmper, Andrew served as an Attorney at a boutique tax litigation firm, where he represented taxpayers before the IRS Examination & Appeals Divisions and the United States Tax Court. He continues to bring that litigation-focused perspective to complex domestic & international tax issues for both businesses and individuals.
Andrew is a frequent writer on tax controversy topics, including tax examinations, penalties, & current IRS issues.
