Andrew Stocker is a Senior Manager in the firm's Private Client Services Group. With nearly 15 years of experience in accounting, he advises high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses on a full spectrum of tax matters, including compliance, planning, and strategic consulting. His industry expertise includes construction, real estate, life sciences, professional services, and not-for-profit sectors. 

 Andrew brings a diverse experience shaped by his time in both public accounting and private industries. He has served as CFO/COO of a design and manufacturing engineering firm. He has deep experience in providing tailored tax strategies that help the long-term financial needs of business owners, families, and fiduciaries. Whether supporting succession planning or navigating tax implications of mergers and acquisitions, Andrew provides clients with thoughtful, forward-looking solutions.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was a Senior Manager at an accounting and advisory firm, where he led tax engagements across diverse industries and advised on due diligence for sell-side M&A transactions.
