Andrew Stansfield is a Senior Manager in the firm's Real Estate Tax practice. With over 10 years of experience, he advises clients on complex tax compliance and consulting matters across the real estate investment landscape.
Andrew works closely with real estate funds, REITs, partnerships, and other investment vehicles. He helps clients navigate the intricacies of federal and state tax requirements, REIT testing, and partnership allocations. Andrew's also brings expertise extends to structuring and managing tax strategies for close-ended funds, TRSs, and blocker corporations, with a focus on optimizing entity-level tax efficiency.
Prior to joining EisnerAmper, Andrew served as a Tax Manager at a Big 4 accounting firm, where he worked with a wide range of institutional real estate investors and fund structures.
