Furthermore, Amy works with clients to develop revenue cycle operational metrics and measurement methodologies. She has designed and implemented numerous patient-centric integrated revenue cycle systems to help health care organizations enhance their financial performance and operational efficiency. Amy supports clients in integrating charge capture workflows and implementing electronic health and dental record billing applications like Epic.
Amy’s expertise extends to health system ambulatory care and revenue enhancement. Amy implements changes at client sites to meet regulatory requirements and improve revenue and patient satisfaction. She streamlines financial clearance processes and standardizes clinical denial management, achieving significant cost savings.
Before joining EisnerAmper, Amy led the independent consulting practice of Goldman Health Strategies, dedicated to building patient-centric integrated revenue cycle systems and enabling health care organizations to enhance their financial performance and operational efficiency. Prior to forming her own firm, Amy held leadership positions at renowned health systems in New York. Additionally, she served as a director at other major health care consulting firms. From 2007 to 2017, Amy served as an Adjunct Professor of Health Management and Finance at Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, New York University, sharing her knowledge and expertise with aspiring health care professionals.
