Amanda Lemoine

Amanda Lemoine is a Senior Manager in EisnerAmper's Assurance practice with nearly 10 years of public accounting experience providing audit and assurance services to privately held companies. She works closely with clients throughout the audit process, helping them meet financial reporting requirements while delivering practical insights that support informed business decisions.

 

Amanda manages all phases of audit engagements, including planning, risk assessment, substantive testing, financial statement preparation, supervision of engagement teams, and communication with management and boards of directors. She serves clients primarily in the construction and financial services industries and also has experience providing assurance services for employee benefit plans. Her collaborative approach and technical expertise help clients navigate complex accounting and reporting requirements while maintaining high standards of audit quality.

 

In addition to leading client engagements, Amanda mentors and develops staff throughout the audit process, helping build technical knowledge and supporting the delivery of efficient, high-quality client service.

 

Prior to joining EisnerAmper through the combination with Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), Amanda advanced through increasingly responsible roles at the regional accounting and advisory firm, where she developed extensive experience managing audit engagements for privately held businesses across a variety of industries.
