Amanda leads engagements focused on the design and implementation of internal controls over financial reporting, including conducting risk assessments, facilitating process walkthroughs, and evaluating the effectiveness of control environments. She works closely with clients to identify gaps, develop remediation plans, and deliver clear, actionable insights to audit committees. Her approach combines technical rigor with structured analysis, enabling organizations to strengthen compliance and enhance financial reporting integrity. 

Prior to joining the firm, Amanda served as a Senior SOX Consultant at a mid-size accounting firm, where she supported public companies across industries, including online gaming and cannabis.
