Alpana Patel

Alpana Patel is a Senior Manager in the firm’s Outsource Finance and Accounting Practice.  With over 25 years of experience in public and private sectors, she specializes in providing outsourced controller and advisory services, enabling clients to concentrate on growing their business. Alpana focuses on financial analysis and reporting, accounting process automation, consulting, audit support, delivering valuable insights to her clients. She has experience with SEC compliance, revenue recognition, and equity-based compensation. Alpana collaborates closely with her engagement teams to ensure exemplary service delivery to her clients.

Alpana manages engagement teams serving a diverse range of industries, including technology and life sciences, manufacturing, healthcare, mining, and cryptocurrency. Her clients include subsidiaries and joint ventures of Fortune 100 companies, public companies, foreign companies, private organizations, manufacturing and financial services sectors.

Before joining the firm, Alpana was the Finance and Accounting Manager at a middle-market commercial financial print manufacturing company. In this role, she led cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance for sales and use tax, month-end close, annual budgets, vendor and client relations, and treasury management while spearheading reporting, audit and internal process improvements. Alpana also has experience with managing internal and external financial reporting for investor services. 

Alpana serves on the leadership board and is a member of the Women of EisnerAmper, New Jersey Chapter.  Alpana plays a leadership role in developing and delivering professional education courses at EisnerAmper University within the Outsource Finance and Accounting Practice.  She is a dedicated volunteer for EisnerAmper Cares, the firm’s community volunteer organization aimed at serving those in need, which focuses on charitable, civic, and environmental projects.
