Aaron Gravois is a Director in the firm's Strategy & Transformation Services practice with nearly 20 years of experience in application development and technology solutions. He leads multidisciplinary teams of developers, product owners, and business analysts in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining custom technology solutions that address clients’ business and operational needs.

Aaron specializes in custom software development, system design and integration, AI integrations and enhancements, and legacy system conversions. He works with public and private organizations across government, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, technology, and legal sectors, helping clients modernize applications, connect systems, and develop technology solutions tailored to their operations.

Drawing on his extensive software development experience, Aaron oversees the full solution lifecycle, from requirements and system design through development, implementation, and ongoing support. He works closely with clients and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and identify opportunities to use emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance existing systems and capabilities.

Prior to joining the firm, Aaron served as Director of Software Development for a midsized regional retailer, where he led a software development team responsible for creating and maintaining custom applications supporting critical business functions, including human resources, accounting, and operations.
