EisnerAmper Opens New San Francisco Location

Move Will Enhance Client Service Capabilities and Staff Engagement
On December 3, EisnerAmper will move into its new operating space in the Financial District at One California Street, Suite 1700, San Francisco, CA 94111, overlooking the Embarcadero.
The move was prompted by the firm’s continued growth in California, along with the need for state-of-the-art processes and workspaces that support EisnerAmper’s “clients-first, employees-first” approach. While the location offers continued strategic proximity to EisnerAmper clients in real estate, technology, financial services and other sectors, the technological investments will enhance the overall client experience. With sustainability and wellness in mind for employees, significant attention was given to a more open, brighter space. The firm will optimize use of this space by leveraging technology and hoteling as well as offering flexible work arrangements.
Award-winning architectural firm Francis Cauffman Architects (FCA) has led the design efforts. “We worked closely with EisnerAmper to execute a design that encompassed three key points,” said Anthony Colciaghi, Principal at FCA. “First, we wanted to remove hierarchical barriers through design. This facilitates office transparency through an open floor layout that fosters movement and collaboration. Second, create a design for the mobile worker. Amenity spaces, such as the town hall and multi-purpose rooms, help attract and retain a mobile workforce—facilitating more seamless communication and fostering a higher level of connectivity with clients and colleagues. And third, improve the workplace design and company culture relationship. A company’s office says a lot about its culture which, in turn, says a lot about how it does business.”
The redesign and office move were led by EisnerAmper Director of Operations and Administration Bob Lane and his team. “We received valuable input from the staff on both the design essentials and amenities that will help them not only enhance productivity and client service, but help them remain closely connected with each other—whether working inside or outside the office,” said Lane. “Our new, leading-edge facility will improve our ability to service clients in a more timely, functional and comprehensive manner,” added John M.
