EisnerAmper Earns 2020 “Best of Accounting” Award For Client Service Excellence

October 08, 2020

Firm’s Score Exceeds 3x the Average for the Profession

EisnerAmper, one of the largest accounting, tax and business advisory firms in the U.S., announced that it has earned ClearlyRated’s “Best of Accounting” Award for excellence in client service for the fourth consecutive year.

From ClearlyRated’s online survey, EisnerAmper received a Net Promoter Score (“NPS”) of 86.7, more than three times the accounting profession average. NPS rankings are a well-established measure of client satisfaction. EisnerAmper’s score, based on more than 750 client responses, translates to a rating of 4.8 out of 5. ClearlyRated’s “Best of Accounting” designation is one of the few, if not the only, national award programs that recognize service excellence for accounting firms.

“Our EisnerAmper team has taken the time to get to know our business and understand our objectives. They are personable, knowledgeable, proactive in their communication, and they care. The people of EisnerAmper make you feel like more than just a client,” said Christine Connolly of Excellentia International. This statement is indicative of the 700-plus comments received during EisnerAmper’s survey process.

“With 2020 being such a challenging year on so many levels, we are truly humbled by the outstanding client feedback and for this recognition,” said EisnerAmper CEO Charly Weinstein. “In this year of uncertainty, clients are relying on EisnerAmper more than ever. It is truly gratifying to know that EisnerAmper has provided our clients with exceptional guidance. Client experience is the measuring stick for our culture of client service, and these results are a testament to our team and the relationships we have built. We are always striving to improve, and the feedback from this survey will help us continue to build even stronger relationships with our clients.”
