EisnerAmper Names Lori F. Reiner to New Role of Chief People Officer; Paul Dougherty Named Partner-In-Charge of Philadelphia Office

EisnerAmper is pleased to announce that Lori F. Reiner will assume the newly created role of Chief People Officer. She steps into this role from her current position as the Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s Philadelphia office.

In her new role, Lori will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge human resource strategies that align with EisnerAmper’s people-first focus. As the firm continues to rapidly build its national and international presence, Lori will work closely with the HR team to structure policies that continue to  cultivate lifelong learning, personal and professional skill building, respect, recognition, collegiality and collaboration—all hallmarks of EisnerAmper’s culture.

With more than 30 years of leadership experience, including as a current member of the firm’s Executive Committee, Lori is a current board member of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, the Philadelphia-Israeli Chamber of Commerce, the Alliance for Women Entrepreneurs, and the Abramson Center for Jewish Life as well as a past president of The Forum of Executive Women. She has been recognized by numerous national and regional business and civic organizations for her contributions to the profession and the community.

Paul Dougherty was named the Partner-in-Charge of EisnerAmper’s fast-growing Philadelphia office, where he will oversee the continued growth of the practice, engagement in the local community and talent acquisition. Paul—who was the national leader of the firm’s Corporate Tax Group and created its Health Care Consulting Group—has more than 30 years of industry experience.

A former member of the firm's Executive Committee, Paul is a current member of the American Bar Association and the American Institute of CPAs. He is a frequent writer and speaker, presenting seminars nationally on various tax and accounting matters. With the advent of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, Paul took a leading role in the EisnerAmper team charged with creating communications and educational programming on the impact of the legislation on businesses and individuals. Paul is also a board member of the Emmanuel Cancer Foundation.
