Vincent Occhino is a Manager in the State and Local Tax Group. With 15 years of experience, he has focused the last 10 years exclusively on State and Local Tax. Vincent has served client in a variety of industries, including FinTech, Software Development, Professional Services, and Payment Processing.
Vincent’s specific areas of service encompass nexus studies, income/franchise tax refund reviews, multi-state tax planning, and cost of performance studies. In addition, he has experienced in exposure remediation, voluntary disclosure and amnesty agreements, and has represented clients at appeal hearings.
Prior to joining the firm, Vincent was with a large SALT practice and provided consulting services. He also worked in the private sector, where he implemented and managed tax compliance for a multi-billion dollar FinTech organization.
