Tim Baranick is a Director with 30 years of experience in the accounting industry. As a leader in the Private Client Services group at EisnerAmper, Tim serves many types of closely held and family-owned businesses.
His clients view him as a problem solver with a process, bringing structure and energy to complex issues impacting not only their finances but their overall business. Through it all, Tim enjoys providing peace of mind to clients and mentoring his colleagues at EisnerAmper.
Prior to joining the firm, Tim helped lead the financial statement practice for Compilations. He reviewed financial statements as a Director at Lurie LLP, a Minneapolis-based accounting and advisory firm, which provided clients with solutions in accounting, audit, tax planning, wealth management, and advisory services, serving business leaders in a wide variety of industries, including health care, professional services, technology, manufacturing, real estate and more.
