Biography

Thomas Zemla is an Audit Senior Manager with over 10 years of experience of public and private accounting experience. Tom is responsible for all phases of the audit, including planning, organization, supervision and review of detailed testing. He serves clients in a variety of industries, including technology, life sciences, manufacturing and distribution, and privately held companies.

Tom also has experience with SEC reporting, compliance and filings, revenue recognition, equity-based compensation and complex debt and equity financings. He is also knowledgeable in the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, including internal controls and Section 404.
