Biography

Tanya Korzhova is a Tax Senior Manager in the Corporate Tax Group
with nearly 15 years of private and public accounting experience. She
serves clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing,
retail, technology, life science and pharmaceutical companies.

Tanya manages the compliance process for global, multi-state
corporations and partnerships. Her expertise include tax accounting
(ASC 740), with extensive experience preparing, auditing and
reviewing tax provisions for privatively held and publicly traded
companies.

Prior to joining the firm, Tanya worked for a retail company, serving
in a manager role within its Tax Group
