Suryasnata Bahera

Suryasnata Bahera is a Senior Consultant within EisnerAmper Digital. She specializes in audit planning, risk assessment, and SOX assessment services for numerous clients, including public, private, and closely held companies. She mainly focuses on technology, media, telecom, healthcare, and aerospace industries.

Suryasnata is responsible for providing SOX assessment services, testing the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, and advising management on any improvements required in internal controls. Furthermore, she mentors staff in her team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Prior to joining the firm, Suryasnata worked as an Audit Senior at a Big 4 accounting firm. She assisted the manager with project management, managed budgeting and audit planning procedures, and led SOX 404 controls testing walkthroughs with clients. In addition, she evaluated internal controls' design and operating effectiveness, prepared and reviewed working papers and documentation for internal controls, and implemented training and education for new hires.
