Steven Holtz

Steven Holtz is an Audit Director with over 25 years of experience providing audit and accounting service, including financial statement audits of publicly-traded and closely held companies, mergers and acquisitions, registration of stock and public offerings and internal control assessment.

Steven works with entities in various industries including health care providers and insurers, financial services, manufacturing and wholesale distribution, retail (brick and mortar and electronic), software and technology development and real estate construction and development. His technical experience includes business combinations, consolidations and divestitures and complex financial instruments.

Prior to joining the firm, Steven was a Partner at a regional accounting firm where his focus included client management, talent development and quality control.
